I think its much easier to read fajr in the winter, as you can read it until 7 - 8 am...
Summer is another story, where fajr goes as far as 2- 3am and the nights are much shorter.
A few tips that might help:
make your intention last thing before going to sleep, of getting up for fajr in the morning. Sometime when you do this, you dont even need an alarm clock, your body clock wakes you up at the right time.
Put your snooze alarm on every five mintues, that way even if youre not out of bed yet, you'll be wide awake.
For Isha, if you cant wait for the time, read it with you're maghrib. That way atleast you're not missing it.
a general tip for salah- keep the exact timing of the salah for the day in mind so that you are mentally prepared...the earlier you pray the more benefit you get from it...not just interms of sawaab, but also spiritual closeness and duas being accepted/changes in your lives.
*and also read tasbeeh e zahra after each salah as i find that helps to keep your prayers more regular.
Peace Ma Mooli
