Is it Wahabi’s or Shia’s that don’t do this?
hmmm i know wahabis are the ones against marked graves.. so maybe it's them.
have no clue as to what shiites believe in.

Everyone prays for "dead relatives". None of the sect forbids it. Only going to graves and praying the way 'brelvi' brothers do, or doing "Quran khawani", "chehlum", "soyem" is 'prohibited' in 'wahabi' interpretation. Many people include 'deo-bandi' followers of Hanafi with 'wahabism', but I beleive there is some difference.
