Praying before the actual time

What is one supposed to do if one (by mistake ofcourse) prays before the prayer time? Pray again?

Day before yesterday I went to bed after praying Isha. Fell asleep too soon cz was too tired. After some time (dont remember after how long) when I woke up, I heard the Azan for Isha. So I realised that I prayed Isha before its’ time. I thought, “Oh I’ll just get up in a while and pray again.” But then I woke up past mid night. I did not want to let it become qaza and pray as qaza but I could not make myself go for wuzu and pray. I just drank some water and went back to sleep. Then I woke up in the morning around Fajjar time.

So, in this kind of situation, bcz I prayed before the Isha Azan, does this mean my namaz was useless, anyway? Where would it go? Will I get sawab for that or no?

Re: Praying before the actual time

Azan doesn't matter much... if it was ALL DARK after Maghrib your Isha salat should be okay.

Re: Praying before the actual time

Really? Are you sure?? Oh if that's correct then it is a relief.

Well, I went to bed immediately after reading and I am not sure for how long I slept and then woke up to hear the prayer call. But Im guessing it wasnt after a very long time. And yes, it was definitely after dark.
