We have close family friends who are egyptian…they are there visitng right now…a few days ago, i don’t know the exact details, but they were in an accident…there second oldest daughter died of internal bleeding. She also had (i believe) Down’s Syndrome (or something similar) so she was unable to alert her family of what was happening with her body. She was about 13 years old and a very sweet child, very well behaved especially for her condition. Her parents have been through a lot in general and it is not easy to raise a mentally challenged child…there whole life was set up around accomidating her…the house, their van…etc…I can’t even begin to imagine auntie and uncle’s pain and what it would be like to come home to an empty room…they are mashallah se the sweetest people and very genuine, very loving, very good hearted people…our little community just got the news and we are heartbroken for them
i don’t know what i’ll say to auntie when i see her, and i can’t say this to her but part of me can’t help but think the little girl is at peace, maybe this was Allah (SWT)'s of relieving some of the burdens this family has faced…regardless of what it was, losing a child is NEVER easy
anyways, i ask that you please keep this family and this little girl in your prayers…they are among the most deserving people i know and the whole thing is such a tragedy…inshallah, she has a place in Jannah and she is at ease and peace now
Inna lillahe wa inna illehe rajaoon...
And u r right a loss of a child is one of the biggest loss a human can ever feel ..one always wish that they die before their offspring :(!! May Allah give them sabar!!
