I am normally don’t do these type of threads. Actually I never do them. But I felt this Pakistani deserves these prayers.
A few days ago the Pakistani FPU (Formed Police Unit) was ambushed for the second time in Darfur. The first time they were underfire for 7 hours, killed 10 of the ambushers and arrested a dozen or more.
This second ambush was better planned, more directed and specifically againt the Pakistani FPU working for the UN. We have 7 injured. One critically injured. They killed 2 of the mother****ers that ambushed the Pakistanis.
The man in ICU really needs your prayers at this stage. Likely the Level 3 Hospital is run by the Pakistanis - Pak Military to be exact. So they are taking good care of all 7 of them and looking after them. The 2IC of the Engineering company is going to see them all today. I hope he brings back good news.
But till then pray for the man who put his life on the line to protect fellow muslims in Darfur and those he serves with in the UN.
You hear about this one Pakistani sufferring & feel so much for him. Please visit Pakistan sometime & during one of those bombblasts. Have a look on those civilians dying who have nothing to do with wars, al qaeda, talibans, US / russia tussle or india's dream of destroying pakistan. People who are just busy struggling & surviving. People who want to live their daily lives normally. Their children go to school & those children going to school.
Come sometime. See them lying in blood & dying. See their blown up body parts because one brainwashed mullah decided to find himself paradise for killing those people. Then pray. They all need prayers. Imagine the barbarians who send these brainwashed mullahs to kill those people. Can you guess who these barbarians could be?
My dear dumbass. The reason this one deserves the prayers is because he got shot while he was saving the other 6 injured Pakistanis. He not only took part in the fight but took it upon himself to drive the injured ones out and that was when he was shot. That is heroism. That is valour and I for one am damn pleased the small Pakistani community here is looking after all 7 of them as if they were family.
As for the bomb blasts, I am home 4 months out of the year. I would know on the matter than someone sitting in the West.
