In The Name of Allah Most Gracious Most Merciful
I seek refuge with Allah from the mischief of created things Ameen
Sahih Albukhari
vol.1 6:506
Prayers are expiations (of sins)
Narrated Abu Huraira: I heard Allah’s Apostle (saw)saying;
If there was a river at the door of anyone of you and he took a bath in it
five times a day, would you notice any dirt on him? They replied, Not a trace
of dirt would be left. The Prophet (saw) added, That is the example of the
five prayers with which Allah blots out (annuls) evil deeds.
Holy Quran
Surah 011:114
And perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-salat) at the two ends of the day and in some
hours of the night (i.e. the 5 compulsory prayers). Verily the good deeds
remove the evil deeds (i.e. small sins). That is a reminder (an advice) for
the mindful (thoses who accept advice).
“I put my trust in Allah, my Lord and your Lord! There is not a moving creature, but He has a grasp of its forelock. Verily, my Lord is on the straight path. (The truth)”
