waisae dang i never cleaned mine, been using it for more than 5 yrs now...its a plastic one which u can just roll up and has travelled from pakistan to england to amreeka with me mashllah and been used by my family n friends :D used to be originally owned by my dad :)
never cleaned it :D
Usually just dust it, or buy a new one if older one gets worn. I prefer not to use mats, but thats just me. Or use one just for the head, then it would be a lot easier to take care of.
