Well guppies, i finally got rid of my appendix..
That is why i was unable to post for one full week..
now i am well on my way to recovry…please pray for my early and full recovery…

May Allah bless you with complete physical and spirtual health.Sickness sometimes bring man close to God.Use this time for increasing your spirtuality.Also avoid getting constipated by increasing fiber in diet when regular diet is allowed.And of course do not lift any excessive weight.
