I dont have a family history of any illness - EXCEPT diabetes…
Father had it - Mom has it

I dont have it… at least not yet :halo:

For the past few days - I have been feeling a mild problem in the chest
Initially I ignored it - thinking its probably just acidity or maybe LBP..

Its like the left side of the chest is HEAVIER than the right…
and a feeling like the heart is being held and squeezed very slowly…

Now it seems to be quite presistant and the feeling is there continuously..

Is that a prelude to some condition of the heart ?

I know there are quite a few docs here

hmm maybe you are right
I was under a LOT of stress - recently
Had quite a few problems that had me thinking and sweating all the time

Lets wait it out

usee khatoon say jo app kay gher rahteen hain ..app kay bachoon ki daikh bhal kertee hain or kabhi kabhi app ko murgha bhi banateeN hain : P

thats very imp.
I keep my walking shoes in my office. and go for a walk for like 15 minutes with my colleagues.
you should try too or after coming back from work

agar sahi minute pay khoon ko patla na kiya(this is where aspirin come in)
