Yes … Totally agree … It comes down to character … It’s the desire to put all of the huquq in their rightful places … That may still be praiseworthy if the desire is there, but the rightful places are not known correctly … But there are many factors that play out here … Too many to write about … I did understand your stance, but I had to state earlier that it was a dangerous premise to argue by using fiqh rulings of exceptional circumstances to prove a point … It doesn’t always work like that.
