Thats why Zulfiqar Mirza didn’t want Rahman Malik to come to Karachi until “things are settled”, perhaps he wants to take charge of cleanup. If he does actually take charge then he will simply replace MQM terrorism with PPP and ANP terrorism. Though I heard today that Rahman Malik was in town and** surgical operations have started in Lyari, Orangi Town etc.**

As Captain1 said, operations have already begun in Lyari.
