Governments of the world always come to rescue with unemployment problems, though private entities also play important role. Government is the major recruiter of people particularly when organizations like Army, public corporations, federal and provincial government civil cervices, etc are concerned. What you are saying is views of nirala cooked up stories to promote IK and his loti PTI. Do you have proof that half of the work force is unemployed in Pakistan? Link.

If they have awaken suddenly after 5 years of hibernation, is still not bad. This will provide jobs to people.
