I don’t support PPP, but they have vote bank in Sindh, not due to jihaalat of people, but their majboori. PPP at least deliver 1% there. In all other tenures, people feel neglected by other parties.
Recently I talked to a colleague who belonged to Khairpur and he told that Qaim Ali Shah did good work for his constituency including development of roads, parks, libraries and opening branches of reputed institutes like IBM. If we count this as 1% by Qaim Ali Shah, all jahils from his constituency will be tempted to vote him
