Altaf Husain constantly urges everyone to “accept the mandate given to MQM in urban Sindh”. Ok fine, so you got the seats in the Karachi and Hyderabad areas. Fine. But if you don’t have a majority, why is it mandatory for the majority party to accomodate MQM in the govt? Can’t MQM function in the opposition for a few years? Do they have a God-given right to be always in the government??
