No, sir you don't understand.

Army sends tanks full of garbage and filth all over Sindh. The tanks destroy the roads, hospitals and schools while distributing garbage across the cities.

The situation is so critical the Sindh government decided to meet at the capital of the province, Dubai, and think about possible solutions.

I didn't say that. I was referring to 2015 crimes report. Other provinces were still better than Punjab as a comparison.

MQM was ruling Karachi since past many decades. They were the ones who defaced Karachi destroyed beautiful homes in clean areas and built ugliest buildings there without considering the sewerage and traffic. They should be hanged by the ball for making Karachi once beautiful and clean city now the biggest heaps of garbage in the world. In hara zadon ne ugliest buildings to bana dalen, magar sewarge and sh!t ka dispostal main roads par kar dya.

Karachi is yateem. Neither MQM nor PPP care for it.
But shifting blame does not absolve PP of its incompetence. Karachi has never been THIS stinking city anytime in its history.
It is only under current PPP occupation that it is in this miserable condition.

Either PPP should give control of city to its elected representatives and then accuse them when they fail. Otherwise if it wants to occupy the city without any mendate from its people then it should be ready to be accused for its total failure to take care of the city.

I am not talking all the historical ills, rather the current lack of removal of garbage after the recent monsoon rains.
It has nothing to do with MQM's sins, and everything with PPP's corruption and incompetence.
Even Qaim Ali Shah acknowledged this corruption. He said that provincial government has given millions of rupees to DMCs and KMCs for waste removal but those funds are not showing in reality.
And since administrators in Karachi are viceroys appointed from Larkana, so PPP has the responsibility for this present condition.

Why is this so difficult to fathom? Why not say the right thing?

Like I said before, PPP does not want to make Larkana Karachi. It wants to make Karachi Larkana.

as much as I criticize PMLN, they have done some work in some cities of Punjab, PPP has done nothing but sh!t in the cities:

and their supporters call development work done in Karachi as “ugly”, so I guess they would rather see Karachi something like Larkana streets

It is not aimed at improving governance. I think PPP just want a CM vocal against rangers as they feeling heat on rangers entering interior sindh.
