It seems the PM has decided to take the SC heads on, lets see what comes out of this now. There is no performance during the past 4 years, so now they want to use shahadat as a tool to fool the nation again.

Writing the letter is not an issue. With immunity, the Swiss govt will not respond, so Gillani can easily write the letter, and still 'defeat' the SC verdict in principle.
The issue here is not the constitution, which Gillani and co are happy to contravene in just about every matter, but will not touch in this case.
The issue here is Zardari, who has a stranglehold on the party and dictates everything, and has very likely threatened Gillani with consequences.

It's not even PM, it's Prime Minister. Because PM sounds a lot like peon. ;) Refer to the latest khitaab of meesna, yesterday, I think where he said that I'm not PM, I'm the Prime Minister. Well, if this is prime, I can't wait to see what is ultimate.

I am not sure , I saw a Interview of Zardari on some channel , he said he did not want it done in his tenure , as it will malign his Rule's role in history....!!
he said , NOT in MY Tenure , they can send it AFTER my Rule is over ,.....or something to that effect .
