I have come to the conclusion that ousted judges are not about moral principles, nor do they're care about constitution or legal matters. They're there for themselves & nothing more.
Therefore, in my opinion, system and institutions should not be used to reward some people or punish others. Institutions should be use for general welfare of the public. That is why I think all the judges should be thrown out & replaced with people who have clean past which is what PPP govt wanted to do, but NS refused....that would've been better option...
Shamraz...don't you think this would be an illegal thing to do by the present government....can you suggest a legal procedure to throw out all the judges and replace them with a new ones...if the present government sacks all the judges what will be the difference between them and Musharraf...
Don't you think democracy will be best served if everyone remains within their legal boundaries....and without exercising executive powers to do illegal things,,,
Present govrnment is already reappointing the deposed judges....means they are accepting that the deposed judges are sacked due to November 3rd actions and need to be reappointed....without gettting November 3rd actions validated by the parliament through a constitutional ammendment...don't you think this already is an abuse of executive authority....
