I agree with Yazdi, even though the PCO of 2000 was validated by the parliament thanks to the MMA, we dont really care about that because our support for the ousted CJ is based on his heroics in 2007 (and 2008), where he proved that he was the first ever head of the judicary, worthy of leading it, independent from the parliament and the presidency.
