from the menu at the top go to:

  1. INSERT / MOVIES AND SOUND
  2. SOUND FROM FILE
  3. Choose a sound file (MP3 or something that you want to add)
  4. choose AUTOMATICALLY?? or WHEN CLICKED *]OK done.
