i thought i knew how to work computers!!! 
is it possible to put sound clips on powerpoint? if it is…then HOW? if not…then im smokin something!!!
so question…how do i put sound on my powerpoint presentation?

from the menu at the top go to:
- INSERT / MOVIES AND SOUND
- SOUND FROM FILE
- Choose a sound file (MP3 or something that you want to add)
- choose AUTOMATICALLY?? or WHEN CLICKED *]OK done.

Carnation as ur a rookie at it, y dont u just use the sounds that have been already provided to u with powerpoint.
go to slideshow on the toolbar and then click on slide transition.
on the bottom u will c the option for sounds like wind, trypewriter, etc.
c if it works

so i yawned
then i clicked on insert
movies and sounds
sound from file
my music
i changed file types to All
coldplay
what if
message i get = powerpoint found error it cant correct. save, exit, and restart powerpoint
i did!! but its the same thing over agaiinnn.

ok dont change the file types to all types, change it windows media audio file, then click on the flie and then click automatically, c if it works now
