powder after concealer

ok so i became a fan of Bobbi Brown concealors. it’s perfect not only because it conceals brllinatly, leaves the under-eye area very bright, catches light, AND it perfectly matches my skin.

BUT … it needs touchups … just patting gently with finger every now and then …

yes the kit comes with powder, i used to use it, and then i wouldnt need to touch up so often .. buuuuuuuuuuuuut … powdering leaves the skin looking aged AND it enhances the fine lines AND takes away the general brightness, makng it too matte.

what are your opinions. does your powdr also enhance your fine lines? or make them look dehydrated?

HOW DO YOU MANAGE YOUR FINE LINES :cryb:

Concealer and powder both accentuate fine lines, a powder will set the concealer and prevent it from looking blotchy or patchy.

Re: powder after concealer

true, but the powder REALLY takes it that extra mile to looking fine-lines-alert!

have you heard of those products than fill up lines? what was it .. the 30 sec something olay fine lines filler … has anyone tried them?

Re: powder after concealer

do u use this concealer just for under eyes..or spot marks too. i need a con for spot marks..fed up of wearing foundation.

Re: powder after concealer

Hope in a jar: Aldi’s face cream**

Forget baked beans, frozen chips and dog food.

For there is a new item topping thousands of women’s shopping lists as they make their supermarket trolley dash - and** it promises to preserve their looks and stave off wrinkles for the princely sum of £1.89.**

While millions are prepared to lavish a fortune on a miracle cure to beat the ravages of time, a discount supermarket chain claims it holds the secret to a flawless complexion.

Aldi has launched its own-label beauty range - and thousands of women have been clearing its shelves of its bargain £1.89 anti-wrinkle day cream after it scooped a raft of beauty awards. The Siana Moisturising Anti-Wrinkle Day Cream beat more expensive and better-known brands such as Helena Rubenstein, Olay and Elemis to be named one of the best anti-aging products on the market, with experts describing its ‘glowy, facial-like’ quality and smoothing effect on wrinkles.

Woman’s Own magazine, who cited the range as one of the best bargain buys, said it was ‘as good as the pricier products from well-known names…beauty industry tongues are wagging because it is so cheap and really works.’
And when 2,000 volunteers blind-tested the day cream for another magazine and voted it one of the best anti-aging products around - beating the likes of Olay Regenerist and Pond’s - **sales rocketed by more than 2000 per cent.

Haven’t tried it myself tho so can’t say personally if it works.. At under £2 it’s pretty amazing if it does..
