Potluck

Re: Potluck

I made food for 150 people last Friday :@:

Re: Potluck

Baked tandoori chicken leg pieces is the best idea, very little prep time, just marinate and stick it in the oven. Good luck :k:

Re: Potluck

What did you end up making...??

Re: Potluck

Still deciding. It's on saturday...will post results :D

Re: Potluck

Make something simple lady and something you’re already comfortable in cooking (even if you only made it for two before).

Someone mentioned trifle, I’d go with that, you can’t really mess it up :hehe:.

Keer is something else easy cooking up in a big quantity.

Channa chat (can’t get any quicker and simpler)

Re: Potluck

I’m not making baked chicken, I bought a bunch of boneless chicken. I’m trying to decide if I should make biryani or chinese noodles, I’m leaning towards biryani but I"ve never made so much before so I’m pretty worried/nervous :bummer:

the thign with biryani is that I can make it today/tonight and it’ll still be fine for tomorrow, if I make noodles, well I never had good luck with “leftover” noodles, so I would have to make the noodles tomorrow morning. which I dun wanna do. :stuck_out_tongue:

Re: Potluck

then make biryani
