hmmm… I think I can relate. The key to it is that the potatoes must be real finely mashed. Take a little ball of it in ur palm (The tiki shud not be bigger than the size of ur palm), just as much as u can hold, no more, and put only bit of a spoon of qeema. Then try to fold the edges around the qeema. tricky but can be done. I wet my hands with water before, and if there’s some hold or something in the stuffed potato, just wet ur fingers with water and smooth the defect out. Keep on rolling it around in ur palm carefully, and then the oil must be med hot. Keep rolling the ball quickly in the oil while frying, otherwise it starts flaking. I got them rite second time I did them. First time they were breaking apart while frying
