Does anyone have a recipe for Potato Pie. I came across this dish on Khana Pakana website and it sounds nice.

But there seems to be mistakes in recipe as it says to make sauce mix eggs, butter and milk, but there is no eggs in list of ingredients. Im thinking that it should be flour and not eggs maybe? Neither does it say when to add layer of onions and chillies.

So any recipes or suggestions would be much appreciated.

You do a layer of potatoes and onion or cheese .. keep layering until you reach the top and then you mix eggs , butter and milk and put on the top layer so it forms like a crust ..

If you wish to have the crust heavier, then you can add a tablespoon of self raising flour to the egg batter.

Usually I use a pastry sheet on top so it comes out flakey and nice …
