**Mayo Potato Chicken Cutlets

**

  • Chicken (boiled) 250 gm
  • Potatoes (boiled) 2
  • Green Chillies (chopped) 2
  • Capsicum (chopped) 2
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Corn flour 2tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper 1/4 tsp (Powder)

  • Oil

  • In a bowl mix Boiled Chicken and Boiled potatoes together.

  • Now add salt, black pepper, green chillies, capsicum, Mayonnaise and corn floor.

  • Mix well and make small cutlets.

  • Dip in beaten egg, coat in fresh bread crumbs and shallow fry.

  • After frying serve with ketchup ..
