If that’s the case, its definitely a concern. I’ve sent a couple of parcels to Australia but used skynet and didn’t have issue with either. One reason could be the weight which was 1 and 2kg respectively.
Can you share some more info, like how much did the shipment weigh? Was it sent as gift or did you put value on the shipment.
