GS management should post the names of top 5 posters of each forum and recognize the best contributors.
Once a year poster of the year award does not cut it.

I agree .
But if I do not post I will many people sad , lonely and depressed. 
They start sending me messages , SMS , texts , tweets, emails , telegrams and taizgams.
