Yes, they are authentic. All parties have their polling agents at every polling station, and these figures are courtesy PTI polling agents.
Last date for postal ballots was May 5, so vote counts are coming in as polling agents release them. However, ECP will release them after the elections I believe.

right i saw the page and these results are posted there as well. but no mention of how and when the envelops are opened
