HaiN? Is it allowed to publish "unofficial" results of such polls before official election date?

Yes, they are authentic. All parties have their polling agents at every polling station, and these figures are courtesy PTI polling agents.
Last date for postal ballots was May 5, so vote counts are coming in as polling agents release them. However, ECP will release them after the elections I believe.

Secondly some people propagate that PTI is helping PPP, seeing the figures for the party can anyone help them?

another attempt to make PTI even more favorite by the PTI social media team probably, but this is fake and pretty cheap tactic. i believe these envelops are not opened before actual poling starts, and counting is done in front of polling agents of each party in their respective constituency, this only makes sense. otherwise right now there are no polling agents sitting there.
like once Haroon Rashid said, if wind of favoritism start blowing for PTI, it can surprise everyone, but dont support this kind of tactics, Imran's promise on 23rd march jalsa was "I will always speak truth" does this only apply in his personal life or political life as well? PTI is IK's party, if party lies he lies, he should stop Tsunamians from spreading false news... First that "nooni tiger is dead" and even media picked that one up, and now this. disappointing, if PTI can start lying even before coming to govt, what they will do after they take hold of public offices
PTI needs to lead by example, and become the very change themselves which they promote

But i must say, PTI social media team so far, has done an awesome job. they simply beat everyone else as far as this match of social media is concerned. good job team!

By many respects, it does seem to be unauthenticated. But these results are replicated on many other websites, and different arguments have come up. Two plausible arguments Ive read are that 1) these are the results of 'exit polls', or 2)they are made up. Hoping for the latter
