And the best way to clean the girll without any effort is straight after you finish grilling all your food, when the grill is still hot.
Wet a papertowel and wipe the grill clean.
All the gunk will come off easily.
If you let it get cold the gunk and oil will not come off easily.

Lean Mean just means that the grill is tilted so the fat drips down into the pan at the end.
DAH!!!
All grills these days come with that design.
i hardly see any flat grils, all are tilted.
