Looks like a fancy recipe.
Here is a delicious recipe.
Take a few Roma tomatos..immerse in boiling water for a moment...and peal the skin.
Take some store bought pie crust...or better yet..some nice greek thin puff pastry doe layered.
Sprinkle some nice fresh motzarella on the doe and bake a few moments..
Then quarter your Roma tomatoes on top..and add some grated fresh garlic, some chopped fresh basil and a dash of white pepper...
Take a 3/4 cup of helmans mayonaise...and mix about quarter cup of nice fresh parmesan cheese...and 1/4 cup motzarella...mix..
Layer on top of the tomatos and bake at 350-375-400 degrees about 30 minutes... untill top is nicely browned and bubbly.
And slice. Only about 350 calories a serving. Half of that if you divide into 16th's rather than 8th's.
Delicious.
Sounds yucky..but tastes delicious.
