Oh okay ,i wanted to confirm that because the pictures you posted are also on trends and patterns facebookpage.
i wa thnking wether i should write my review / experience regarding sobia saleem or not...because i have something about my experience with you that really bothers me !
I am not here to attack or discredit you , i hope that my experience may help you inprove your services and i have no doubt that there are ''some'' people who may be happy and satisfied....so i am only writing basen my own personal experience with you.
At the same time i wish anyone succes and would say please continue with placing an order if u have experienced great service , and ignore my opinion.
Okay so here it goes :
At the beginning of your new facebook group trends and patterns i was really enthausiast in placing an order , your prompt replies and competitive reasonable price were the reason i was considering to place a huge collective order with my sister. (early this year)
the price were mentioned in pakistani ruppees and everything seemed smooth , the prints were even okayish and nice ....well comparing prices with t&M you seemed okay with inspired t&m prints. Trends and patterns is a shop and it would be sold directly without a middle person who would charge a personal commision (again understandable for the effort and job she puts right ?)
But soon things changed and i was surprised , i am guessing i wasnt the only person who was enthausiast and more people would ask for prices , like many of us people overseas.
There was a sudden price hike , the original price in pakistani ruppees were removed , and instead US dollars were asked. even more expensive than the original price.
So my friend and i we decided to ask seperatly for prices , she was quoted in pakistani ruppes and i would be quoted double or triple the price in US dollars....even if she had quoted me in us dollars i wouldnt mind if the currency exchange calculation would be the same right ? like you can check it on www.xe.com .....
I confronted you sobia saleem and you apologised and gave me a lame excuse that someone else was quoting me. Strangely from that day on you didnt correct yourself or maintained transperency of mentioning the prices publically...but instead kept sending price of the outfits to peoples personal inbox....i find that a bit shady like what is it that you have to hide ?
I made a false account and again i was quoted a much more different price sent to my inbox. higherrrrrrrr than what the outfits would have cost at your shop.
As i said before , I really wanted to place an order from you but after all that i experienced i decided not to. so yeah i eventually didnt order.
I would happily give someone a personal profit and even more than they would ask for if i am guaranteed of honesty and intregity and what i am asking for. After all we dont know the person in real but place our trust in sending them our hard earned money . We both are kind of dependend of each other ....customer needs sales ppl , sales pppl need customers to keep a business going even if it may be only purely as a hobby.
seriously girls i am not going to do gap and shap and pretend rich , i am hard working and earning my money halal ....but being kind of fooled does not make me feel happy at all...we dont have money trees in the west...yes we r dependend on getting clothes from back home....i have placed orders from homebased designers who r honest , professional , have intregity and wont run away with your money....yet like many girls we would like to get nice deals and affordable prices....but sometimes i really think wth you quote too much! for copies that are not even close to what they look in real....
you dont have your own kaarigars like other homebased designers you too go to liberty and bazaars to get them done from there.
Long story short , girls bargain onlineeeeeeeee especially with those who are not transparent with their prices and who inbox you ! ( i am not talking about those who publish their price honestly and available to all )
But soon things change
I emailed her once inquiring about a design....the price she quoted me was, to put it delicately, eye-gougingly expensive.
secondly, even more outrageous, was her refusal to reduce the kaam, she kept saying "no sorry it cannot be done." wth? sorry that's a major turn-off. if u can customize sizes/colors u can definitely customizet he kaam to the client's needs.
i totally agree
