Take large chicken pieces… Make cuts in them

Merinate them in fresh lemon juice and a pinch of salt for 3-4 hours and then grill it in the oven

you don't need recepes to create something tasty....be creative, just add anything to anything and it will taste good.

I believe that they are referring to single cream.

Double cream is usualy only used for deserts and topings as it’s been whipped longer.
