You're doing everything right. You work out 1 hr and 20 mins or 2 hrs and 20 mins? 10lbs is a lot of weight to lose and it will take some time. Just make sure what you're eating is less that what you're burning off. Keep doing what you're doing and ull be just fine. Dont give up. Try adding rice after a workout or perhaps some peanut butter.
Diet seems to be fine, but for optimum efficiency, make sure you are ingesting 1-1.3 grams of potassium daily. Most people are unaware of the function of potassium in converting glycogen into glucose for weight-loss routines.
Chocolate milk is all the rage right now as a post workout snack, as long as its not crazy sugary, its supposed to be great for replenishing your glycogen and muscles.
Here are some other ideas:
Protein shake with banana and mixed berries (add whey protein, water/milk/yoghurt, bananas and berries)
Whole wheat pita and hummus
Yogurt and mixed berries
Smoothie made with flavored yogurt, apple, bananna and 1% milk. So delicious. The only thing bad in this caloriewise is the flavored yogurt since that alone contains 170 calories.
