OK it was a typo by HaDiiA, in fact the whole web is polluted by that typo. Seems that most of the people are cutting and pasting from each other. The real misraa is

naseeb e subho urooj ho to nazar mai sham e zawal rakhna

I think it should have been: Naseeb subh e urooj ho to nazar main sham e zawal rakhna.. That makes more sense if we read it with first misra
