sigh I missed my class today. :( I will start next Monday, inshallah. I'm taking the week off to recover from stuffing myself over Eid.

I don't have anything to lose :( But I have started jogging again. Its only a few weeks before the snow hits us so take advantage of it while you can. I rather be outdoor than indoor-its just me.

I went yesterday and tried 'Bosu' - a new type of workout, it was fun! And im not as unfit im pleased to know. Its like doing a step class but on a curved half-ball, its tricky coz you have to balance but fun once you get the hang of it!

And Im still the same weight!

I finally got my balance on a bozu ball. You should try doing squats on them, it's fun. :D

yes back to 4-5 times a week at the gym! I had been lazy during ramadan and gone only once or twice per week. I haven't weighed myself - too scared :(

Mehnaz yea we did some squats, and my bum is sore today!!

I have been eating loads and loads of dessert, sweets, mithai, chocolate since eid and I CANT STOP!!!

Me neither. I seem to have lost some weight so perhaps I’m trying to put it back on … I don’t know. I need to control the mithai/baklava intake. It’s so hard. :frowning:

i will skip gym today to go attend the earthquake vigil...inshallah allah will reward my good deed by burning a few pounds away thru some miracle. :)

I'm working out for almost 6 months consecetively...u guys gotta see my arm muscles,abs and leg muscles... ;)

my regular workout includes : Bench press, Towel Bench, Box Squat, Parallel Squat, Hex Bar ( known as Dead Lift ) , Power Clean and Medicine Ball.

Takes about 2-3 hours daily.

^^ lucky u....i wish i had 2-3 hrs daily to work out.
i usually rush to the gym after work and since i have to make it home before 'jassi' and 'yehmeri life hai' drama starts i have only one hour....30 mins for cardio, 10 min stretch, 20 min weights..
