Post-baby I do crunches with my baby for my abs, lift her in the air for my arms and do squats with her for my legs.

do they mention that u would need a babysitter if u want to do post baby exercises.
I hardly get time, but why do they assume that a pregnant woman allways has to gain weight, I am 10 kilos lighter in all after the baby.

Saadia, I think it's not just weight but the fact that your muscles have been stretched out. I also lost the weight relatively easily after my two but flat abs take some work.
