let me explain in urdu. its a kind of rasams like we have in different cultures. what they do is . dulha dulllhan ko aamnay samnay bitha detay hain and then aik koi shadi shuda khatoon aati hain or un dono k ser aapas main takrati hain.... phir koi or khatoon ati hain or yahi kerti hain..... ab un k khandan main jo bhi aisay khawateen hoti hain wo bari bari aati ain or youn hi ser takrati hain. and thats it .

I think nowadays most rasams are done just for fun and for hte hell of it... not that if u dont do this it means ull be a bad wife/husband, ull hav bad luck throughout life...theres nothing wrong in doing rasams if they're just for fun, but when it becomes something superstititous, we gotta be careful w that!

thats what i wanna know too! butting heads isn't a nice feature in a couple's married life- it creates tension :P plus its painful lol
