Yeah, I checked their average temperatures in Dec and found out that it will be a little chilly but it's fine coz we are used to a lot more colder weather. But I read in dec it is very rainy in Istanbul and the best time to go there is April.

anymore nice cities that you know?? please help us out. Thanks!! :)
Jeddah, Makkah, Madina, Dubai/Abu Dhabi, Doha
During december, only middle eastern cities, like Jeddah/Dubai/Doha/ etc will have reasonable temperature and all airlines Saudi Airlines, Emirates/Etihad and Qatar airways will give you good connections from Major cities of US. Rest all European cities will be freezing and then their airlines are damn unncessarily expensive. Try Saudia Airlines, Emirates or my favorite Etihad.
dubai and istanbul would be the best bet with the most to see
frankfurt not really anything much
from my experience avoid any connections in the middle east as they screw up your flights
Wow munday…congrats on getting married! Please share your Istanbul experience and any other info or pics with us when you come back. Thanks and have a wonderful time!

Makka, Madina and Jeddah are out of question as it will be Hajj season during the time we are going.
We booked the tickets already with a stay in Istanbul. We actually don't mind cold weather as Chicago is much more colder and windy then most European destinations.
