Possible reasons why US never told UN about the locations/details of the chem/bio sites:

[li]They wanted to keep all the ‘credit’ to themselves
[/li][li]They were afraid Iraq will move buildings overnight and UN inspectors wont find a thing.
[/li][li]Hey, if they told UN about everything Iraq, no excuses left for the war; which means no second term for Bush.
[/li][li]And if there isn’t a war, how can they test their newly developed weapons? (JDAMs, MOABs, etc, etc)
[/li][li]And if there isn’t a war, how can they kill that sob, Saddam???
[/li][li]AND … if they told all about the chem/bio things, more fingers will be pointed back at US and uncle Rummy … [Better go in and wipe all the evidence and show only what makes dem look bad]
[/li][li]AND … [drum rolls please] … if they provided accurate details to the UN, it would SUCCEED [What a horrible thought!! Imagine some low life countries telling US what to do and what not to do!!!]

these reasons are unjust mate! america are part of the un they have to follow their ruling not make their own ruling like they have done, if they aren't content with un's decisions then unsubscribe their name from the un list and do as they please like they always do bloody hypocrites, law benders, nation wreckers, the world's biggest terrorists with terrorist groups like the CIA and the pentagon etc etc etc.

Considering the "great" checmical weapons factory they just discovered south of Baghdad, that seems like the most viable option. :)
