Arabs lost Gaza, West Bank, and many other areas. The occupied areas were then used to expand Israel.
The same process could be used again. Who knows.

He has a point DaBest. I won't be surprised if they (Israel) occupies more land and more illegal Israeli settlements pop up in Lebanon.

Lebanon and the West Bank are quite different things. I doubt any settlers would want to live in Lebanon, unless they want to be killed.
