If by near future you mean 2016, then NO. I think the only brown persons so far in the list of candidates is bobby Jindal and he has zero chances. And most likely 2016 winner will resume in 2020 as well so you can safely say you wont see any till 2024 atleast

Changes of faces, races, and skin colors happen all the time. It's the policies that matter; it is the policies and their enforcement that determine the direction and eventual outcome.

Well, yes, that is what it is all about. Even Obama bases many of his decisions on his white half, but that is what you would expect since he was raised in a Caucasian household.
