Positivity?

if everything thing in the world have some positive n negative usage/impacts then why positive use of music n paintings cant be used to spread Islam?

I think murder/theft/adultery and similar things do not have any positive either.

Islam does not follow that philosophy. Islam, whether some of my more intellectual friends like it or not, is not a religion of logic, its a religion of obedience.

I think that when we try to find logic in certain commandments, we try to explore the thought process of Allah (swt) behind that commandment. . If that logic has not been told to us already, then exploring that could lead to Kufr.

My question to you is this. Are we going to suffer a big loss as society or as an individual if we dont take advantage of the positive impact of music or paintings?

nor i asked, neither i want nyone to apply their philosophies. i want members to present their arguments based on their rational situated knowledge.

and YES WE GONNA SUFFER A LOT if POSITIVE OEUVRE IS NOT PRODUCED, AND DELIVERED.
i wont assume dat ppl extract postivity out of the negativly intentional pagan idoltary oeuvre.

It is all about maintaining the BALANCE, It is said in Quran that do not break the balance, does not specifically prohibit the music niether does it openly encourage its follower to engage in it.

Look at it this way, like u said everything has negative and positive aspects, lets weigh them, and see which aspect is heavier, if positive is heavier and the negative can be mitigated then can be implemented but if negative is heavier then y to put urself in a un-neccessary test?
