It is vey easy to say one Dakoo.
He was a doctor and as a doctor, he was commissioned officer of armed forces.
Dakoo can be taxi-driver of the streets of Newyork whose father was doing business of cattle for Eid e Qurban from south Punjab to Karachi.

Let me rephrase your sentence. His father was lakh patti (owner of Bambino, Scala and Lyric Cinemas and piece of agricultural land. Now his son is arab patti, how? because of devaluation of ruppee. His father's time the cost of gold was Rs. 133 per tola, one US dollar was equal to three Pakistani Rupees and now gold is Rs. 60000 per tola, 1 US $=RS. 85 . Go figure. How these people become rich passing through the times.:)

He is not a billionaire in "Rupees", plus he has few siblings to inherit from father, now go back to calculations again.
