Yes. PPP’s Sindhi nationalist Mirza is responsible for killings of hundreds of people in the city. It was only supreme court which spoiled his bloody desires by taking action against everyone, including his badmashs in Lyari.

Who is “my” governor? Mind your language, otherwise I will report you for being personal.
Governor actually is not the head of government. The head is chief minister. This is similar to president/prime minister, where president is head of state and prime minister is head of government.
