Look at today's match. They gave their all and nearly pulled it off. That is what is called commitment. That is what matters.
Perspectives differ. I just got promoted today and I had to give a rhetoric speech to my guys and just stressed only one thing , Result.(May be I am a pure sales guy and for me ,only result that matters). Commitment is good but when your result is nil the commitment becomes irrelevent.
Its like somebody fought a war and fought valiantly but the end result was a defeat/surrender.Whats the use in that? The history will tell which side won and which side lost and not which side fought the war with commitment... (I was not referring to any war :) :)
