Portable DVD player Islamabad

Can anyone tell me the cost of a portable DVD player in Islamabad? Also, what brands are the best there? In dollars or rupees is fine. Also, what is the cost of a nice 35" tv?

Anyone from Islamabad here? How about Lahore? I really need to know whether its better to buy from US or in Pak.

Its much better to buy these in Pakistan as these are cheaper or same there and you dont have to take luggage with you.

most brands in pak for DVD and TV

  1. Sony,
  2. Panasonic
  3. Luminar (pakistani variant of Hitachi) all above are backed by service and warranty from manufactrers.

apart from above, many DVD brands have popped up with any name cause of cheap imports from china or pak assembled. starts from PKR 2000 :)

for prices, do shop around and then bargain for prices.

I dont know about ISB but in Lahore, you can buy all these at Hall Road.
