Some of the measures we can take very quickly are:

Increase the marriage age to 20 years. This should be strictly implemented. When young people will get married at minimum this age they will be more matured to plan a family. This must be strictly implemented.

There should be a massive media campaign to increase awareness. Every TV anchor should be obliged to do at least one program in a month on this topic where we should have extensive debates. Every doctor should be obligated to display awareness posters prominently in his room.

Instead of sasti roti or income support programs we must have sasta condom or sasti pill program (of course the campaign can be done more tastefully). In fact contraceptive products should be distributed free of cost in every retail out let of the country. Every retail out let must display awareness posters at most prominent place in the shop. We should have vending machines dispensing these products for shy people free of cost. I am sure this investment will be the most fruitful investment in the country.

I am sure other posters also can come up with some innovative ideas to counter this huge problem which can be implemented in the country very easily.
