It is the Gyan that makes Human eternal, The entire partition was settled in the favor of India:D, It is pure politics and something in which hindu pandits are master at. The main reason is strategic, Kashmir is hilly part of Himalaya, Jammu and Punjab are plains, to safeguard plains India needs Hills. Indus water treaty remained more or less functional even during the wars. Take all the disputes be it Kashmir or Sir Creek in Kutch, India has always been politically aggressive and made Pakistan to make errors which Pakistan always did giving India every edge over Pakistan strategically and politically.
