Does anyone here like popcorn? Do you make them at home? what are the various variations of popcorn that you make?
Re: Popcorn variations
yes we do…i sometimes put Indian spices to my liking…sometimes, i also put some asli ghee…often i used melted cheese on it…kabhi kabhaar, i make like peanut brittle.
they are all yummy.
have you ever tried to eat popcorn with hari dhania/pudina/lehsun kii chutney?
Re: Popcorn variations
yes me n my daughter loves popcorn , she likes plain, but I buy those microwaves ones salted, butter, cheese, caramel ones
Re: Popcorn variations
Other then the salted plain popcorn, I usually do toffee flavoured popcorn. So basically you melt a couple of dairy toffee sweets and then as soon as the popcorn are ready you toss them in the melted toffee .. they taste really good ..
Re: Popcorn variations

So you eat plain salted popcorn with green chutney? or do you toss them lightly in the chutney ?
Re: Popcorn variations
yeah, toss them in the popcorn bowl and try to mix it with a fork or spoon…not too much though.
yeah, try 'em!
don’t give it to your baby! :Dhowever, you may give it to your hubby with a good dose of mirchi kii chutney and enjoy his reaction. take a pic of him if you can and post it on GS in joke section. ![]()
Re: Popcorn variations
A mother brought popcorn to my daughter’s preschool party once. They looked so good and tasted good too…she didn’t use the microwave kind. She popped some popcorn, tossed them with butter, dried cranberries and drizzled some melted chocolate on it.The combination of flavors was really good!
Re: Popcorn variations
i am sure you have tried popcorn variations at an exotic popcorn stall in your neighbourhood malls. which flavor did you like there? i liked the cheese with caramel.
